Does every resident have to pay for Nivaasos?+
No. The association, community or property-management company purchases the community plan. Authorized owners, residents, tenants, committee members and watchmen do not pay separate Nivaasos subscription fees.
What counts as a unit?+
A unit is an apartment, flat, villa, plot or shop with its own community account or ledger. Vacant units are included in the community's unit count.
Can one apartment have multiple users?+
Yes. A unit may have multiple authorized owners or residents without a separate per-user subscription charge.
Can one owner manage multiple apartments?+
Yes. One account can be connected to multiple apartments and, when authorized, multiple communities.
Is GST included?+
No. Displayed subscription and add-on prices exclude applicable GST.
Are payment-gateway charges included?+
No. Payment-gateway charges are assessed separately by the selected payment provider under the community's merchant arrangement. Online payment collection through a gateway is coming soon; today communities record payments made through their existing methods.
Does Nivaasos hold community money?+
No. Nivaasos records and reconciles payments but does not hold or combine community funds. Settlement depends on the payment account configured by the association.
Can tenants see community reserves?+
Not by default. Financial visibility is controlled by role-based permissions. Tenants can see invoices and payments relevant to them without receiving access to restricted reserve or association financial information.
Can we start before our association is registered?+
Yes. Nivaasos Launch is designed to help owners organize documents, meetings, notices and polls while forming the association. Dedicated association-formation and corpus-planning tools are coming soon.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes. Communities can request an upgrade as their needs grow. Downgrade timing and data-retention implications are handled according to the subscription terms.
Is there a contract?+
Monthly and annual options are available. Annual plans are paid upfront and provide two months free.
Will Nivaasos have a mobile app?+
Native iOS and Android apps are planned. Until released, the Nivaasos web application is designed to work responsively on phones, tablets and desktops.
Do you sell resident data or show advertisements?+
No. Nivaasos is funded by customer subscriptions and does not rely on selling resident information or displaying third-party advertising.
Is WhatsApp included?+
In-app notifications are included according to plan, and email notifications are coming soon. Automated WhatsApp notifications are an optional add-on because provider message charges vary.
Can a property manager manage several communities?+
Yes. An authorized manager can switch between subscribed communities and use portfolio tools while each community's members, permissions and financial records remain isolated.
What happens after the free Launch period?+
The community may upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the applicable management and financial features. Data-retention terms will be confirmed during setup.
What is the difference between the Launch workspace and the sample workspace?+
The 30-day sample workspace is a demonstration filled with fictional data so you can explore the product. The Launch workspace is a real, approved community workspace for your own apartments, free for 90 days for up to 25 units, set up after a short approval conversation.
